General Insurance $100 Coles Group & Myer gift card promotion terms and conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to the $100 Coles Group & Myer Gift card promotion. To be eligible for your $100 Coles Group & Myer Gift card, please call our insurance consultants on 1800 171 889 when applying for your new Australian Unity Home & Contents or Landlord Insurance policy.

  1. $100 Coles Group & Myer Gift Card offer commences at 12:00am (AEST) on 01 June 2017 and closes at 11:59pm (AEST) on 28 February 2019 (offer extended) (“Promotion Period”).

  2. The promoter is Australian Unity Personal Financial Services Limited (“Australian Unity”) (ABN 26 098 725 145, AFSL 234459), 114 Albert Road, South Melbourne, VIC 3205).

  3. The gift consists of one Coles Group & Myer Gift Card valued at AUD $100 (“Gift”). Where the policy has joint policyholders, the Gift will be allocated to one policyholder in Australian Unity’s discretion.

  4. The Gift is only available to purchasers (“Eligible Participant”) of a new combined Australian Unity Home & Contents insurance policy, or a new Australian Unity Landlord insurance policy, (each an “Eligible Product”) purchased during the Promotion Period. It does not apply to renewals of existing policies. Contents-only policies do not qualify for a $100 Coles Group & Myer Gift Card.

  5. The Eligible Participant must successfully purchase an Eligible Product and pay the premium for an Eligible Product after calling our insurance consultants on 1800 171 889. 

  6. The Gift is not redeemable for cash

  7. The Gift will be mailed to recipients 21 days after the policy commencement date.

  8. In accepting the Gift you agree to be bound by the Gift Card Terms of Use which can be found at giftcards.com.au.

  9. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law), Australian Unity (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence) for any personal injury, or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity) whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way in connection with this offer including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following:

    a)  any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction,
    b)  any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference,
    c)  any gift that is lost, altered, damaged, miscredited or expires due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of Australian Unity,
    d)  any tax liability incurred, or,
    e) accepting and/or redeeming the gift.

General Insurance $100 BP Fuel Voucher promotion terms and conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to the $100 BP Fuel Voucher promotion. To be eligible for your $100 BP Fuel Voucher, please call our insurance consultants on 1800 171 889 when applying for your new Australian Unity Motor Vehicle Insurance policy.

  1. Our $100 BP Fuel Voucher promotion (the "Promotion") commences at 12:00am (AEST) on 19 June 2017 and closes at 11:59pm (AEST) on 28 February 2019 (offer extended) (“Promotion Period”).

  2. The promoter is Australian Unity Personal Financial Services Limited (“Australian Unity”) (ABN 26 098 725 145, AFSL 234459), 114 Albert Road, South Melbourne, VIC 3205).

  3. The gift consists of one $100 BP Fuel Voucher (“Fuel Voucher”). Where the Policy has joint policy holders, the Fuel Voucher will be allocated to one policyholder at Australian Unity's discretion.

  4. Subject to 5. (below), the Fuel Voucher is only available to purchasers (“Eligible Participant”) of a new Australian Unity Comprehensive Motor Vehicle Insurance Policy (“Eligible Product”) purchased during the Promotion Period. It does not apply to renewals of existing policies.

  5. Eligible Participants excludes employees of Australian Unity or its related entities.

  6. The Eligible Participant must successfully purchase an Eligible Product and pay the premium for an Eligible Product after calling our insurance consultants on 1800 171 889.

  7. The Fuel Voucher is not redeemable for cash.

  8. The Fuel Voucher will be mailed to recipients 21 days after the policy commencement date.
