We are pleased to announce that Australian Unity has acquired IOOF Ltd and its investment bond business from the Insignia Financial group, effective 31 October 2023. To ensure a smooth transition, Insignia Financial will continue to provide a number of services to Australian Unity under a transitional services agreement for an initial period of 12 months.
