As an Australian Unity member, you can get access to a wide range of programs and services designed to help you get healthy and stay healthy.

Depending on your level of cover, you may be able to take part in the following:

Health Support Programs

These programs provide support to help you with things like managing chronic illness and mental health issues, staying out of hospital (or limiting your time there), and supporting you throughout pregnancy until your baby’s first birthday.

You’ll work closely with highly-qualified health professionals, who use evidence-based guidelines to tailor a plan specific to your needs. Each custom plan is designed to increase your knowledge, skills and confidence, and ultimately help improve and sustain your health and wellbeing.

Preventative Health Services

These services provide support to help you get and stay healthy. They include things like losing weight, getting fit, quitting smoking, and working with a health coach to improve your general health and wellbeing.

You’ll receive personalised and practical support plus information designed to bring about positive change giving you the tools needed to enjoy a longer, healthier and happier life.

Dental Health Support

Looking after your teeth can do more than just protect your smile. It can also help you to live a healthier life and avoid possible painful (and often expensive) complications that can occur.

You’ll have access to Australian Unity Dental Centres, which use the latest technology and modern techniques in dental care, and provide the highest standards of service. You can also take advantage of a National Dental Network, where depending on your level of cover, you can get 60%, 80% and even up to 100% back on the cost of preventative dental treatments (up to your yearly limit).
