Keeping you informed

If you’re a home care services customer living in a flood affected area, we’ll be in touch if there is an impact to your service(s).

If possible, we’d also encourage you to keep your mobile phone charged and look out for SMS notifications from us. Appointment reminders will come from the sender ‘AUNoReply’ and are generally sent at around 3pm.

We know how critical our home care services are to your wellbeing and are committed to resuming normal services as soon as it is safe to do so.

Supporting our people

We are also doing all we can to support the wellbeing of our team members through this very difficult time, this includes allowing impacted employees access to special leave, advanced pay, emergency grocery vouchers and accommodation.
