Australian Unity Bank has detected a number of unauthorised attempts to access online banking accounts.

Our security measures identified this suspicious activity and in response, we have locked some of our members’ internet banking access for their safety.

To unlock your access, please call us on 1300 790 740 Monday to Friday between 8:30am and 5:30pm AEST.

We have not detected any unusual activity impacting any other Australian Unity non-banking products or services.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause to our members and we appreciate your patience and understanding as we work through this as a matter of utmost priority.
