Home Care Package (HCP)

Offers long-term comprehensive support, with packages ranging from $9,179 to $53,268 per year depending on your needs.
Eligibility is determined through an assessment, which is arranged through My Aged Care.
Funding can be used for a broad range of home care services, based on your needs.
You may have no out of pocket costs, depending on your income and pension status, and the number of services you choose as part of your care plan.

Short-Term Restorative Care (STRC)

A qualified nurse from Australian Unity will manage your STRC Program
Focus on re-enablement services such as nursing, physiotherapy, occupational therapy and home care services.
Includes up to 8 weeks of support, with the option to access the program twice in a 12 month period.
Support can take place in your home, or an aged care residence.
