  • What Home Care Services are available from Australian Unity?

    We have a wide range of services available, which can be tailored to your specific needs and wants. Some of our services include Domestic Assistance such as cleaning in and around your home and Personal Care, which provides support with daily tasks like showering and getting dressed.   • How do I pay for my Home Care Services?

    From government funding to private funding, there are a number of ways to pay for the services you need. If you would like to discuss your options, please phone us on 1300 160 170 and we will be happy to assist.

  • Do Australian Unity Care Workers have the relevant training and qualifications?

    Yes they do. All our Care Workers have the necessary experience and qualifications prior to starting any work with you. They have also completed our rigorous reference and police checks and are committed to providing you with the quality of service you would expect from a trusted provider.

    We have a large team of more than 4000 Care Workers. This enables us to confidently provide you with consistent and reliable services, and flexibility if you need to make a change.

  • How flexible is my support?

    We are very flexible and can provide you with services seven days a week and at any time of the day and night. We want to ensure that you receive the support you need when you need it. We will work with you to make sure you are receiving the tailored services you need. If your situation changes, we can adapt our support as required and we can also help to arrange support if you take holiday or spend some time away from home.
