No. The new app replaces the previous version and the previous version will no longer be available for use.

First, make sure you're registered to Australian Unity Online Member Services. If not, register here.

iPhone

1. Go to the app store
2. Search “Australian Unity Health”
3. Tap "get" and follow the prompts

Android

2. Search “Australian Unity Health”
3. Tap "install" and follow the prompts

We've made it simpler and easier to make a claim, view your claims history, update direct debit bank account details and manage your account.

Making payments and updating your credit card details will not immediately be available in the app, so you'll be redirected to the browser-based member portal for those actions.

Members who have Hospital cover only, or Overseas visitor cover only will be redirected to the browser-based member portal to manage their accounts.

Members who hold multiple policies will only be able to view their most recently used extra in the app, and they’ll be redirected to the browser-based portal for additional needs.
