To reset your Internet Banking Password you need to have valid mobile number registered with Australian Unity banking and have SMS One Time Password enabled. If you don’t have SMS One Time Password it’s easy to set up, just give us a call and we can help you.
From our homepage please open Internet Banking.
4. Select 'Get SMS'.
5. Enter the 6 digit code in the One Time Password field.
6. Click 'Next'.
7. Enter a New Password.
8. Confirm the New Password by retyping.
9. Select Save and you're done.
