The Refer a Friend offer is for one $250AUD Gift Card per Eligible Applicant and Eligible Referred Person when a Successful New Support At Home Package or Support at Home Referral is made.
In these terms references to myHomecare Group include the following legal entities: myHome Care Pty Ltd, Sarmace Pty Ltd, Oxley Home Care Pty Ltd and Argent Nominees Pty Ltd which operate under the following brands and business names: Let’s Get Care, Happy Living, Better Living Homecare, Just Support At Home Packages, myHomecare, Sapphire Living, Enrich Living, Bromilow Community Care.
Australian Unity means Australian Unity Home Care Service Pty Ltd.
To be an Eligible Applicant, an individual must:
1. be a current care recipient of Home Care Services from Australian Unity or myHomeCare Group; and
2. make a Successful New Support At Home Package or Support at Home Customer Referral to Australian Unity or myHomeCare Group
A Successful New Support At Home Package or Support at Home Customer Referral is made when the following criteria has been met:
a.The Eligible Referred Person has applied to bring their Support at Home package to Australian Unity or myHomecare Group between 30 June 2025 and 31 December 2025 (the Offer Period) via the website or by calling our Customer Care Team.
b. The Eligible Referred Person has included the Eligible Applicant’s name in the application (and gained and confirmed consent to do so);
c. Australian Unity Home Care Service Pty Ltd or myHomecare Group has accepted the referral and agreed to provide home care services to the Eligible Referred Person; and
d. The Eligible Referred Person has been onboarded by Australian Unity or myHomecare Group within 30 days of the end of the Offer Period.
To be an Eligible Referred Person, an individual must:
a. be assigned a Support at Home package and provide their My Aged Care referral number to Australian Unity or myHomecare Group;
b. not be a current or past Australian Unity or My Home Care Group recipient of Support At Home Package services or Support at Home services; and
c. currently live in a location where Australian Unity or myHomecare Group provides Home Health and care services.
Acceptance by Australian Unity or myHomecare Group is subject to availability and suitability at the relevant entity’s sole discretion and some applications may not be accepted.
Informal referrals, being those referrals that are not made in accordance with the criteria in clause 5 above, will not be eligible for this offer.
There is no limit on how many people an Eligible Applicant can refer.
Gift Cards will be issued after a service agreement is signed and/or provision of services by Australian Unity or myHomecare Group have commenced (Eligible Date) and 12 weeks should be allowed, after the Eligible Date, for delivery of the Gift Card.
This offer is current as of 30 June 2025 and can be altered or withdrawn at any time. Australian Unity reserves the right to change the offer conditions at any time.
This offer is not available in conjunction with any other promotional offer.
All gift cards will either be:
a. EFTPOS gift cards issued by WAIVPAY PTY LTD ABN 29 630 927 105 which will be delivered by post and will be loaded with $250AUD following confirmation of delivery, and in the case of EFTPOS gift cards, the recipient acknowledges that their use of EFTPOS gift card is subject to the terms and conditions published at https://www.waivpay.com/terms which may include an expiry date and restrictions on usage; or
b. Digital gift cards issued by Prezzee Pty Ltd ABN 16 602 963 422 which will be delivered by email and the recipient acknowledges that their use of a digital gift card is subject to the terms and conditions published at https://www.prezzee.com.au/ which may include an expiry date and restrictions on usage.
Gift cards are valid for 12 months as printed on the front of the gift card. The gift cards are provided as part of a promotional offer and expired gift cards will not be replaced.
Australian Unity and myHomecare Group will not be held responsible for any damaged or lost Gift Cards and no replacement will be provided.
