Tim was appointed to the role of Chief Executive Officer of Australian Unity Bank Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Australian Unity Limited in January 2017. This followed five years as Chief Operating Officer for Australian Unity Wealth. He is responsible for the overall performance of the Australian Unity Bank Limited including banking, financial advice and insurance. Tim is also Director of several Australian Unity Joint Venture companies.
In his time as COO for Australian Unity Wealth, Tim was responsible for finance, capital management, investment operations and control, legal and compliance, governance, technology, project management office, business intelligence and strategic risk management. Prior to this, Tim was a partner at Ernst & Young where he focused on the financial services sector providing assurance and advisory services to a broad range of clients including those with asset management, insurance and banking operations.
Tim has over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. His qualifications include a Bachelor of Commerce - Accounting and Finance, from the University of Tasmania, Chartered Accountant and is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Ms Chung was appointed to the board of Australian Unity Limited on 30 June 2017. She is a director of a number of Australian Unity Limited subsidiaries, Chair of the People, Culture and Remuneration Committee and a member of the Audit Committee,
Investment Committee and Risk and Compliance Committee.
Ms Chung is currently Chair of The Front Project and a
non-executive director of Artspace/Visual Arts Centre Limited. Prior to this, Ms Chung was a partner specialising in commercial property and infrastructure at Maddocks Lawyers and at Blake Dawson (now Ashurst) where she also held various senior management roles, including Sydney Managing Partner and was an elected member of the firm's board. Ms Chung completed the Advanced Management Program at INSEAD in France in 2004. She was previously the chairman of Urbis Pty Limited and The Benevolent Society, a non-executive director of APN Outdoor Group Limited and Deputy President of Trustees of the Museum of Applied Arts and Sciences. Ms Chung is a member of Chief Executive Women and was appointed a Member of the Order of Australia in 2020 for significant service to the community through charitable and cultural organisations.

Ms Honig joined Australian Unity in February 2016. In her role as Group Executive - Governance, Ms Honig is responsible for managing the Group’s Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Secretariat functions. She is also secretary for all Group subsidiary boards. Prior to joining Australian Unity, Ms Honig worked for GE for 15 years, five of those years with GE Capital in the role of General Counsel, overseeing the provision of legal services to GE Capital’s commercial finance, consumer finance and insurance businesses in Australia and New Zealand.
Ms Honig brings to Australian Unity her executive experience in legal, compliance and company secretary functions and has worked abroad as Counsel for GE Indonesia, in operations which included transportation, energy and GE Capital. Prior to joining GE, Ms Honig was at KPMG for five years and undertook her legal training in Tax at KPMG.

Mr Kirk was appointed to the board of Australian Unity Limited on 1 February 2016. Mr Kirk is currently Managing Director and Founder of Collins Pitt Associates and is a director of the Victorian Registration & Qualifications Authority. He is also a director of Worksafe Victoria and the Transport Accident Commission. He is a member of the Audit & Risk Committee of Monash University. He is a director of the Melbourne Festival and the St Kilda Football Club. Prior to this, Mr Kirk held a number of senior positions both overseas and in Australia with the major accountancy firm, PricewaterhouseCoopers, specialising in the area of corporate advice, turnaround & restructuring, profit improvement, M&A, strategic advice, risk and governance, forensic accounting and insolvency management. Following this, Paul worked for two years as a Special Advisor for Lazard Australia. Mr Kirk has not held any directorships of listed entities in addition to those set out above during the last three years.

Ms McCluskey was appointed to the board of Australian Unity Limited on 1 September 2015. She is a director of a number of Australian Unity Limited subsidiaries and a member of the Human Resources, Remuneration and Nominations Committee, Investment Committee and Audit and Compliance Committee. Ms McCluskey is the immediate past Chief Executive Officer of the Regional Australia Institute. She is a member of the Regional Telecommunications Independent Review Committee and a member of the Ministerial Advisory Council on Skilled Migration. Ms McCluskey was also a member of the Harper Review of Competition Policy.
Ms McCluskey was previously the CEO of the Council of Rural Research and Development Corporations and the Executive Director of the Office of Best Practice Regulation. Ms McCluskey has held senior positions with the Business Council of Australia, the National Farmers’ Federation and the Australian Taxation Office. She is also a beef cattle farmer. Ms McCluskey was named the Westpac/Australian Financial Review Regional Woman of Influence in 2013 and received the Women in Agribusiness award in 2014 for outstanding contribution to policy development. Ms McCluskey has not held any directorships of listed entities in addition to those set out above during the last three years.
Group Executive—Finance & Strategy
Mr Mann joined Australian Unity in April 2012. Mr Mann is currently the Group Executive—Finance & Strategy and Chief Financial Officer, having previously been the Deputy Head of Finance and Group Treasurer. Mr Mann has oversight of the Group’s statutory, management and tax reporting along with treasury and capital management.
Prior to joining Australian Unity, Mr Mann worked in the United Kingdom for ten years on large scale migration projects for Lloyds TSB, Royal Bank of Scotland and Merrill Lynch Investment Managers.
Mr Mann commenced his professional career becoming a Chartered Accountant while working at KPMG Melbourne and also Foster’s Group Limited.
Rohan Mead has served as a director of Australian Unity Bank Limited since 2012. He was appointed to the board as a result of the company’s merger with Australian Unity Limited. Mr Mead is Group Managing Director of Australian Unity Limited, a position he has held since 2004. As Group Managing Director, he is a member of subsidiary boards and most committees. Mr Mead is chairman of Platypus Asset Management, deputy chair of Acorn Capital, a director of Seres Asset Management (Hong Kong) and a director of the Australian Centre for Health Research Limited. He is chairman of the Business Council of Australia's Healthy Australia task force. He is also a director of the Centre for Independent Studies and the Australian Brandenburg Orchestra.
Prior to joining Australian Unity, Mr Mead held a number of senior leadership roles with Perpetual Trustees Australia Limited. Mr Mead has not held any directorships of listed entities in addition to those set out above during the last three years.

Mr Promnitz was appointed Chairman of the board of Australian Unity Limited on 30 March 2016. He is Chairman of Australian Unity Bank Limited, and has been a director since 1 January 2013. He is a director of Warakirri Asset Management Pty Ltd and Elite Superannuation Services Pty Ltd and was previously Chairman of listed company SFG Australia Limited. Mr Promnitz is a qualified actuary. He was formerly Head of Mercer in Asia Pacific, a member of the global Mercer Executive Committee and Chairman of Marsh & McLennan Companies Inc. in Australia, a role he retired from in December 2012. Prior to his senior executive role in Asia Pacific with Mercer, his business experience includes a diverse career in financial services in Australia and New Zealand. He has led investment, superannuation, actuarial and human resource consulting businesses in both executive and non-executive capacities with a personal focus on clients, diversity and governance. Ms Visentin joined Australian Unity in 1988. She was appointed Assistant Company Secretary of various Australian Unity Limited Group companies in 2004. She has over 20 years of involvement with the Australian Unity Limited Company Secretarial function.

Mr Willcock was appointed to the board of Australian Unity Bank Limited on 1 March 2012. He is a director of a number of Australian Unity Limited subsidiaries, chairman of the Risk Committee, a member of the Audit and Compliance Committee and an ex-officio member of the Australian Unity Bank Limited Risk Committee. Mr Willcock is also a director of the Customer Owned Banking Association (COBA), the industry advocate for Australia’s customer owned banking sector. Mr Willcock has over 33 years’ experience in banking and financial services in Australia, United States of America and the United Kingdom including seven years in general management roles at National Australia Bank in the areas of risk management, strategy and change management. Mr Willcock has not held any directorships of listed entities in addition to those set out above during the last three years.
Ms Yates joined Australian Unity in August 2020. She is CEO of the Australian Unity Retail platform, which brings together Australian Unity’s private health insurance, banking, and general insurance and broking businesses. Ms Yates is a Director of Australian Unity Bank Limited and Australian Unity Health Limited.
Prior to joining Australian Unity Ms Yates had an extensive career as a banking executive with over 25 years’ experience across investment and institutional banking, private banking, wealth management and insurance.
Ms Yates began her career at Deloitte as a Chartered Accountant before moving to the banking industry. Prior to joining Australian Unity she was the Chief Customer Office for Private, Wealth and Insurance at BNZ, a subsidiary of the NAB Group.
