How do I switch


Australian Unity

Call us on 1300 160 170. We will take the time to listen and understand your needs and discuss our personalised and flexible home care services.


My Aged Care

Call My Aged Care on
1800 200 422, let them know you want to switch providers to Australian Unity and ask for a referral code.


Speak with your
current provider

Speak with your current provider to agree on a date when your services will end.

Call us and confirm the date when your services will end with your current provider. We will then arrange a time to meet with you to finalise your personalised support plan.

*Any of your unspent Home Care Package funds will then be transferred to Australian Unity within 70 days from the agreed end date from your current provider.
