Our Health App

The app can be used by members who have:

Hospital & extras
Extras cover only
Overseas visitor cover & extras

The app does not currently support the following policies:

Hospital cover only
Overseas visitor cover only

Members who have Hospital cover only, or Overseas visitor cover only will be redirected to the browser-based member portal to manage their accounts.

Members who hold multiple policies will only be able to view their most recently used extra in the app, and they’ll be redirected to the browser-based portal for additional needs.

Your username is the email address you provided when you took out your Australian Unity product or service. If two individuals on your policy share an e-mail address, this will generally be linked to the primary policy holder only.

Next time you open the app, you'll be prompted to update it.
Your login details have not changed. Simply enter the same username and password and you'll be all set.

If you still have our old app, (from prior to April 2022), you will need to delete it, then visit the app store to download the new app. You’ll also need to re-register for Australian Unity Online Member Services.

From the log-in screen, select ‘Using your online account for the first time? Register for access’ and follow the steps.

When you complete the registration process to access your online account, you will be required to provide an email address if you have not previously provided one to Australian Unity. This will be verified and will become your username.

Your username is the email address associated with your Australian Unity product or service. If you can’t remember what that is, from the log-in screen, select ‘Forgot email’ and follow the steps to retrieve your email address.

From the log-in screen, select ‘Forgot password’ and follow the steps to reset your password.

The easiest way to change your password is to visit the log-in screen, select ‘Forgot password’ and follow the steps.

We have processes in place that will determine the most current and reliable email address across the products or services that you have with us If you want to find out which email address is your username, from the log-in screen, select ‘Forgot email’ and follow the steps.

To safeguard your information, we lock accounts when there have been too many incorrect attempts to access them. If your account is locked, please try again after 30 minutes.
