Important mobile wallet update

Simply remove the card from your mobile wallet and add it again prior to 31 December 2024 to ensure the update is applied.

No, this is about updating an expiry date associated with the card in your mobile wallet. It is not a security
issue and at no point has any data been compromised.

You will be unable to perform transactions using your debit card in your mobile wallet.

iPhone

• Open the Wallet app
• Tap the + in the upper right corner, follow the prompts
•  Add the card details by either:
  • Entering the card’s security code to add the credit or debit card you use with iTunes
  • Using the camera to capture the card information
  • Typing the card details in manually

Apple Watch

• Open the Apple Watch app on your iPhone
•  Tap Wallet & Apple Pay and then Add a new Credit or Debit Card, follow the prompts
• Add the card details by either:
  • Entering the card’s security code to add the credit or debit card you use with iTunes
  • Using the camera to capture the card information
  • Typing the card details in manually

iPad

• Go to Settings
•  Tap Wallet & Apple Pay and then Add Credit or Debit Card, follow the prompts
• Add the card details by either:
  • Entering the card’s security code to add the credit or debit card you use with iTunes
  • Using the camera to capture the card information
  • Typing the card details in manually

Mobile Banking App

You must have the Australian Unity mobile banking app to connect it with Apple Pay.

• Open the Australian Unity mobile banking app
• Tap on cards in the bottom left corner
• Select ‘Add to Apple Wallet’ and follow the prompts

1. Go into your mobile wallet app
2. Click on the 3 dots in the circle in the top right corner
3. Click on card details and then remove card

1. Open the Samsung Wallet app
2. Tap the Menu tab, then Payment cards
3. Tap Add
4. Follow the on-screen instructions

1. Open Samsung Wallet on your phone
2. Tap the All tab
3. Tap Payment cards
4. Select the card you want to remove
5. Tap More options (the three vertical dots)
6. Tap Delete card
7. Choose a reason for removing the card if prompted
8. Tap Delete to confirm

1. At the bottom, tap Add to Wallet .
2. Tap Payment card New credit or debit card.
3. To add a card, use your camera or tap Enter details manually.
4. At the bottom, tap Save and continue.
5. Read the Issuer Terms.
6. Tap Accept.

5. Tap Remove payment method
