Lifeplan Operational Maintenance Period

Upgrade to policy administration services postponed 

Thank you for your patience during our operational maintenance period for the:  

  • Australian Unity Capital Guaranteed Funeral Bond, 

  • Australian Unity Capital Secure Funeral Bond, 

  • Australian Unity Investment Bond and 

  • Australian Unity Grand Bonds Assurance Fund products.


Access has now been restored. To reduce any impact to you as we head into the holidays, we are rescheduling the upgrade to our policy administration services until next year. We will share the new release date with you in the new year.  

There is no change or impact to your access to Lifeplan Investment Bond, Lifeplan Education and FuneralPlan Bond products.  

Transaction requests (withdrawals, funeral bond claims, additional contributions, changes to investment options and transfers) made between 2:00pm on 21 November 2025 and 5:30pm AEDT on 25 November 2025 will be taken to be received and processed using the effective unit price from 26 November 2025.
