Lifeplan Operational Maintenance Period

Important notice: Operational maintenance period from 2:00pm AEDT Friday 21 November to 8:30am AEDT Monday 1 December 2025.


We’re upgrading our policy administration services for the Australian Unity Capital Guaranteed Funeral Bond, Australian Unity Capital Secure Funeral Bond, Australian Unity Investment Bond, and Australian Unity Grand Bonds Assurance Fund products. This will not impact Lifeplan Investment Bond, Lifeplan Education and FuneralPlan Bond products.  


As part of this upgrade, there will be an operational maintenance period from 2:00pm AEDT Friday 21 November to 8:30am AEDT Monday 1 December 2025. 

During this time:  

  • Transaction requests we receive (withdrawals, funeral bond claims, additional contributions, changes to investment options and transfers) will be taken to be received and processed once the maintenance period is complete using the effective unit price from Monday 1 December 2025. 
  • If your policy anniversary falls within the maintenance period, please ensure any additional deposits are received at least three business days prior to the start of the maintenance period to guarantee processing beforehand. 

Existing regular savings plans and withdrawals will not be impacted by operational maintenance period and are expected to be processed as scheduled. 


Keep your details up to date 

You will still be able to update your personal details (name, address, email, and phone number) during the maintenance period.
