Series C Australian Unity Bonds – Tranche 1 and Series D Australian Unity Bonds – Tranche 1

On 9 September 2019, Australian Unity Limited announced an offer of Series C Australian Unity Bonds – Tranche 1 and Series D Australian Unity Bonds – Tranche 1 (‘Bonds’) to raise a total aggregate amount of $250 million, with the ability to raise more or less (‘Offer’), under a Base Prospectus and an Offer Specific Prospectus dated 9 September 2019 (together, the ‘Offer Documents’).

The Offer is expected to open on 17 September 2019. The Closing Date for the Member Offer and Reinvestment Offer is expected to be 8 October 2019. These dates are subject to change.

Each Bond has a Face Value of $100. The Series C Australian Unity Bonds – Tranche 1 are expected to be quoted on the ASX and trade under the code ‘AYUHC’ and the Series D Australian Unity Bonds – Tranche 1 are expected to be quoted on the ASX and trade under the code ‘AYUHD’.
