Salted Almond Bircher Muesli


  • 2 cups oats
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut
  • 3 tbsp almond butter
  • 1/2 cup chopped dates
  • 4 tbsp chia seeds
  • Pinch of salt
  • 3 cups almond milk


  1. Combine all the ingredients into a bowl and put in the fridge overnight.
  2. Spoon a portion into a bowl, top with more almond butter (of course) and your favourite nuts and berries
