You're aged 65+ (or 50+ for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people) You've had a recent fall or illness, or have noticed a decline in your abilities to do things you used to do and feel that you could benefit from some extra care to get you back to your old selfDid you know?
You can apply for care through the Restorative Care pathway even if you're not receiving care through other programs like Support at Home.
If you've received approval for Restorative Care pathway funding from My Aged Care, you don't need to apply again.
