Membership

We are a public company without listed shares and with wholly-owned and closely-held subsidiaries carrying out the operational business activities of the Australian Unity Group. Unlike a company with shareholders, we don’t pay dividends but reinvest profits back into the business. We are formed by members for members.

Membership entitles you to a say in how the company is run. Members can attend general meetings, propose business and vote on resolutions.
