At St Patrick's Green, our boutique aged care home offers a range of beautifully appointed suites, catering to all levels of care, including specialized support for those living with dementia. Our spaces are thoughtfully designed to support both your comfort and independence, with expert staff available whenever you need assistance. About our rooms

Our spacious, light-filled rooms at St Patrick’s Green are thoughtfully designed to meet the changing needs of our residents, providing both comfort and functionality. Each suite is fully furnished with high-quality, designer-selected décor and fittings, ensuring a luxurious and inviting environment. Residents are encouraged to personalize their rooms by bringing along cherished items, such as photos, artwork, and mementos, to make the space truly feel like home.

Each suite features a private ensuite bathroom, complete with a vanity, heat lamps, anti-slip tiles, and a nurse call button for added safety and convenience. With air-conditioning, a TV, and a range of additional comforts, our rooms are designed to enhance your quality of life while maintaining a high standard of care.

Room pricing

You can choose to pay for your accommodation in one of three ways:

as a lump sum called a Refundable Accommodation Deposit (RAD)
as a Daily Accommodation Payment (DAP) which is a non-refundable daily payment
as a combination of both the RAD and DAP

Under the new Aged Care Act, from 1 November 2025, aged care providers will be required to retain 2% of the Refundable Accommodation Deposits paid. This retention amount will be calculated daily and deducted monthly for a maximum of 5 years from the date the Refundable Accommodation Deposits was paid. Please note that the above prices are subject to change without notice.

Higher Everyday Living Fee

This is why we are proud to offer you our Wellbeing Choice Program - our enhanced take on the government’s ‘Higher Everyday Living Fee’ option - to give you choice, meet your preferences and suit your needs.

What is a Higher Everyday Living Fee?

The Higher Everyday Living Fee (HELF) is an optional fee for people who choose to receive a higher standard of everyday living services in aged care, beyond the standard services funded by the government. These services include items such as upgraded meals, more varied activities, lifestyle options, entertainment, or other non-standard amenities.

Wellbeing Choice packages

Australian Unity has thoughtfully designed two higher everyday living packages for our residents, the Lumina Essentials, and the Lumina Signature.

Our Lumina Essentials Package offers enhanced meal and non-alcoholic beverage choices, and access to technology to stay connected with loved ones, while our Lumina Signature Package contains everything in the Lumina Essentials Package plus offers alcoholic beverages and enhanced lifestyle choices.

If you are not sure our packages are right for you, you can choose from individual, ad-hoc or on demand services at any time.
