Australian Unity has been named one of Australia's Most Trusted Brands in the annual Reader's Digest awards—winning Most Trusted Brand in the Home Care Victoria/Tasmania category and Highly Commended in the Home Care New South Wales/Australian Capital Territory category.

Home Health CEO Prue Bowden said the company was proud to be named as one of Australia’s most trusted brands for the second year in a row.

“This fitting recognition is a testament to our Home Health employees’ enduring commitment to earning the trust of our customers,” Ms Bowden said.

“To be truly trusted, we need to remain consistent to the promises we make to our customers.

“We do this by listening to our customers and then providing them products and services that make a real difference to their lives.”

Ms Bowden said as a wellbeing company, Australian Unity continuously works to improve the way we do things to benefit our customers.

“We help our customers thrive by offering exceptional services that maximise independence and are tailored to meet our customers unique needs and choices.

“Our care and clinical teams partner with our customers to ensure they make the most of each and every day.”
