To obtain a copy of a past invoice, please contact your local branch. They will be able to assist you in retrieving the invoice you need.

1. Reach out to your Australian Unity Care Partner – We can work closely with you to update your support plan and health goals. This ensures that your care evolves with your needs. Whether you're recovering from a hospital stay or need additional ongoing support, we’re happy to help. We can also advocate on your behalf with My Aged Care for any necessary funding adjustments, making the process easier for you.
2. Contact My Aged Care directly – If you prefer, you can also reach out to My Aged Care yourself to request a reassessment of your current care plan. This can help ensure you’re receiving the appropriate level of support based on your updated needs.

We can send invoices to only one registered address. If you would like your son or daughter to receive copies of your invoices, please contact your local branch. They can update the records to redirect monthly statements to your son or daughter’s preferred communication method.

If you're having money troubles, you can apply for financial hardship assistance through Centrelink, (Services Australia).
This assistance may help with covering the costs of the basic daily fee and/or income tested care fee if you have a Home Care Package. However, this is subject to an updated means test.
