Centrally located in Maroubra, St Brigid’s Green is close to some of Sydney’s top hospitals and medical facilities, ensuring residents are always within reach of expert healthcare. At St Brigid’s Green, our residents receive round-the-clock care from a dedicated team of nurses, carers, and allied health professionals. Our boutique aged care home offers a variety of suites to suit all levels of care, including specialized support for those living with dementia, as well as compassionate and dignified palliative care.

Our expert staff are always on hand to assist when needed, and our peaceful, well-designed spaces, including beautiful garden areas, offer a relaxing environment for all residents.

We strive to create a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere, helping our residents feel as comfortable and happy as they would in their own home. With no set routines or timetables, you have the freedom to wake up when you choose, enjoy flexible meal times, and be cared for by some of the most compassionate and experienced staff in the industry.

About our rooms

Our rooms at St Brigid’s Green are spacious and filled with natural light, thoughtfully designed to accommodate the evolving care needs of our residents. Each suite is fully furnished with high-quality, designer-selected décor and fittings, offering a luxurious yet comfortable environment. All rooms come with a private ensuite bathroom, complete with a vanity, heat lamps, anti-slip tiles, and nurse call buttons for your safety and convenience.

We encourage you to personalize your suite, bringing in treasured photos, ornaments, and artworks that reflect your personality and make the space truly feel like home.

Our boutique aged care home offers a variety of suites to suit all care levels, including specialized care for those living with dementia. Our spaces are designed to support both your comfort and independence, with expert staff always available to assist when needed. Room pricing

You can choose to pay for your accommodation in one of three ways:

as a lump sum called a Refundable Accommodation Deposit (RAD)
as a Daily Accommodation Payment (DAP) which is a non-refundable daily payment
as a combination of both the RAD and DAP

Under the new Aged Care Act, from 1 November 2025, aged care providers will be required to retain 2% of the Refundable Accommodation Deposits paid. This retention amount will be calculated daily and deducted monthly for a maximum of 5 years from the date the Refundable Accommodation Deposits was paid. Please note that the above prices are subject to change without notice.

Higher Everyday Living Fee

This is why we are proud to offer you our Wellbeing Choice Program - our enhanced take on the government’s ‘Higher Everyday Living Fee’ option - to give you choice, meet your preferences and suit your needs.

What is a Higher Everyday Living Fee?

The Higher Everyday Living Fee (HELF) is an optional fee for people who choose to receive a higher standard of everyday living services in aged care, beyond the standard services funded by the government. These services include items such as upgraded meals, more varied activities, lifestyle options, entertainment, or other non-standard amenities.

Wellbeing Choice packages

Australian Unity has thoughtfully designed two higher everyday living packages for our residents, the Lumina Essentials, and the Lumina Signature.

Our Lumina Essentials Package offers enhanced meal and non-alcoholic beverage choices, and access to technology to stay connected with loved ones, while our Lumina Signature Package contains everything in the Lumina Essentials Package plus offers alcoholic beverages and enhanced lifestyle choices.

If you are not sure our packages are right for you, you can choose from individual, ad-hoc or on demand services at any time.
