Our spaces are thoughtfully designed to feel like home, with each floor divided into wings that function as households. This layout ensures our residents experience a safe and secure environment that feels familiar and comforting. Each household includes a social lounge, dining areas, and quiet spaces, along with secure garden access and outdoor settings—just a short walk from your room.

Our large, open lounge areas provide a perfect space to unwind, while music and craft activities, a well-stocked library, and special events ensure there is always something of interest.

Family and friends are always welcome, and we encourage visits from much-loved pets. Whether you’re relaxing with a book from the library, enjoying a cuppa with a loved one in our lounge areas, or attending special events, you’ll feel like a valued member of our community.

About our rooms

Our private rooms and suites are designed to support comfort, independence, and privacy. Each room is a personal space where residents can relax, add their own touches, and welcome visitors. They are furnished with premium items, including a flat-screen TV, bookcase, bedside table, wardrobe, and chest of drawers. State-of-the-art high/low beds, along with heating and cooling fans, ensure comfort. While each room is fully furnished, residents are encouraged to bring familiar items, like photos or mementos, to make the space feel like home. All rooms also have direct access to an outdoor courtyard.

Whether you're relaxing, reading, spending time with visitors, or enjoying your favourite shows, your room is your private haven.

Room pricing

You can choose to pay for your accommodation in one of three ways:

as a lump sum called a Refundable Accommodation Deposit (RAD)
as a Daily Accommodation Payment (DAP) which is a non-refundable daily payment
as a combination of both the RAD and DAP

Under the new Aged Care Act, from 1 November 2025, aged care providers will be required to retain 2% of the Refundable Accommodation Deposits paid. This retention amount will be calculated daily and deducted monthly for a maximum of 5 years from the date the Refundable Accommodation Deposits was paid. Please note that the above prices are subject to change without notice.

Higher Everyday Living Fee

Wellbeing Choice Program (Higher Everyday Living Fee)

Australian Unity’s Wellbeing Choice Program has been designed around the new higher everyday living services framework. Our Lumina Package provides enhanced daily living and lifestyle choices for every resident. It offers residents choice and control over everyday living in our homes, with access to enhanced services that support comfort, wellbeing, and personal lifestyle choices.

The Wellbeing Choice Program is an optional service giving you the ability to select from our discounted Lumina Package or purchase individual enhanced services.

Our Lumina Package is $28.00 per day (valued at $118.00 if products/services purchased separately).

It consists of the below services:
