It’s often difficult to actually know what exactly we are investing in. Money in, interest out. What difference was made besides a transaction? But what if you could invest in something that made a difference that you could see in the real world? Australian Unity’s Select Income Fund lets you put your money in loans that create real homes for real people.
Invest in something real.
The Select Income Fund is a contributory mortgage fund that provides investors with the opportunity to receive monthly payments by investing in a range of first registered mortgage loans.
A contributory mortgage fund gives investors the freedom to invest in their choice of any of the fund’s available loans. Each first registered mortgage is a stand-alone investment called a Syndicate Fund.
Developers come to Australian Unity for funding to build their developments. Our specialist mortgage team vet the application and make sure we’re comfortable with the developer and the development.
Our mortgage team has extensive skills and experience in sourcing commercial mortgages, assessing credit worthiness of borrowers and approving, structuring and managing loans.
