About the Fund

We are pleased to announce that on 23 October 2019, Securityholders approved all resolutions at the investor meeting. As a result, the implementation of the merger occurred on 24 October 2019.

Upon implementation, the Australian Unity Diversified Property Fund (DPF) acquired Australian Unity Retail Property Fund (RPF) investors’ securities and RPF investors were issued with units in DPF.
