For a limited time1, the Australian Unity Diversified Property Fund will be offering investors a discount to the Base Management Fee* for any new investment subject to satisfying certain conditions.
The discount to the Base Management Fee2 is 30% and will take into account the net asset value of your eligible investment amount and the fund’s gearing ratio.
