It is a targeted investment solution that holds a balanced portfolio of assets.
Your money is strategically invested in 50% growth assets such as Australian and international shares, infrastructure and property, and 50% in defensive assets such as cash and fixed interest.
The Fund pro-actively manages asset allocation with a medium-to-long term outlook, reducing risk when markets are expensive and likely to disappoint, and investing to the strategic allocation when growth assets are cheap or fairly priced and offer a reasonable return for the risk being undertaken.
Our portfolio managers also ensure broad diversification and stable performance within asset classes, to further optimise overall performance.
The Fund invests across a range of active and indexed investment managers/strategies. It typically adjusts exposures gradually (in line with changes to its medium-to-long term asset allocation outlook), to achieve improved investor returns in a tax-efficient manner, and to avoid unnecessary portfolio turnover and transaction costs.
