How do I use the Australian Unity Health app for the first time?
Has anything changed in the app?
We've made it simpler and easier to make a claim, view your claims history, update direct debit bank account details and manage your account.
Making payments, and updating your credit card details will not immediately be available in the app, so you'll be redirected to the browser-based member portal for those actions.
Members who have Hospital cover only, or Overseas visitor cover only will be redirected to the browser-based member portal to manage their accounts.

Members who have Hospital cover only, or Overseas visitor cover only will be redirected to the browser-based member portal to manage their accounts.
Members who hold multiple policies will only be able to view their most recently used extra in the app, and they’ll be redirected to the browser-based portal for additional needs.
For members who have the pre-April 2022 version of the app
You will need to re-register to Australian Unity Online Member Services.
Will my login details change?
If you still have our old app, (from prior to April 2022), you will need to delete it, then visit the app store to download the new app. You’ll also need to re-register for Australian Unity Online Member Services.
