There are a number of ways to pay for your home care services, and we’re here to help you understand your options, which could include government
or private funding.

Assistance is available for eligible participants through government funding programs such as Home Care Packages. Self-funding your services can also be a great solution while waiting for government funding or if you’d prefer not to go through the government assessment process.

Whether you or your loved ones have government assistance, other types of support, or are privately funding their care, we’re committed to making sure every dollar is used wisely to support your overall wellbeing. Each team member completes a specialised training program that builds on their existing strong technical skills and emotional intelligence for human-centred care. We conduct a comprehensive vetting process that includes national police screening, reference validation and work entitlement confirmation.
