Bromilow Community Care is now part of Australian Unity 

Australian Unity is one of Australia’s most experienced and trusted home care providers. We’ve been supporting the health and wellbeing of Australians for over 180 years. While we’re a national organisation, we work in local communities and provide personalised care tailored to your needs.

Yes. Everything you discussed with our team is still available, including services like domestic assistance, personal care, transport, nursing or allied health. Your care will be delivered by the same local teams, now as part of Australian Unity. You may continue to see the Bromilow Community Care name in some places while the transition takes place.

If you are already receiving services, your care will move to the Australian Unity brand over time. We will keep you informed as these changes happen. In the meantime, your care continues as usual and there is nothing you need to do.

We’ll confirm your needs, help you finalise your funding, and introduce your Care Partner. They will help you get started with services and make sure everything is in place for your ongoing support. Your services will be part of Australian Unity, although you may still see some Bromilow Community Care branding at first.

Over the coming months, we will begin moving your services under the Australian Unity brand. During this time, you might see both brand names in things like emails, invoices, or uniforms. This is a normal part of the transition, and your care will continue as usual. We will keep you informed every step of the way.
