At Campbell Place Aged Care, our rooms are thoughtfully designed with the latest innovations in comfort and functionality to support wellbeing. The high-quality, purpose-built fittings are tailored to meet the evolving needs of residents, ensuring both comfort and ease of mobility.

Our private rooms and suites are fully furnished and offer residents the flexibility to add personal touches with treasured items from home, making each space uniquely their own. Standard features include smart TVs and 24-hour nurse call buttons for peace of mind and convenience.

With a range of room types and configurations available, we can accommodate the individual preferences and needs of our residents. Whether you’re seeking a private retreat or a space to host visitors, a room at Campbell Place provides the perfect setting for both comfort and independence, with expert staff always on hand to provide care and support when needed.

Room pricing

You can choose to pay for your accommodation in one of three ways:

as a lump sum called a Refundable Accommodation Deposit (RAD)
as a Daily Accommodation Payment (DAP) which is a non-refundable daily payment
as a combination of both the RAD and DAP

Under the new Aged Care Act, from 1 November 2025, aged care providers will be required to retain 2% of the Refundable Accommodation Deposits paid. This retention amount will be calculated daily and deducted monthly for a maximum of 5 years from the date the Refundable Accommodation Deposits was paid. Please note that the above prices are subject to change without notice.

Higher Everyday Living Fee

Wellbeing Choice Program (Higher Everyday Living Fee)

Australian Unity’s Wellbeing Choice Program has been designed around the new higher everyday living services framework. Our Lumina Package provides enhanced daily living and lifestyle choices for every resident. It offers residents choice and control over everyday living in our homes, with access to enhanced services that support comfort, wellbeing, and personal lifestyle choices.

The Wellbeing Choice Program is an optional service giving you the ability to select from our discounted Lumina Package or purchase individual enhanced services.

Our Lumina Package is $39.60 per day (valued at $110.00 if products/services purchased separately).

It consists of the below services:

IT helpdesk support
Video catch up calls
Virtual travel through VR entertainment sessions
Test and tagging of personal electrical items
Priority postage service
Printed clothing name labels
