*Terms and conditions

The Refer a Friend offer is for one $250AUD gift card (Referral Incentive) per Eligible Applicant and Eligible Referred Person when a Successful New Support at Home Referral is made (Referral Offer).
For the purpose of these terms and conditions:
- Australian Unity means Australian Unity Home Care Service Pty Ltd ACN 609 694 475 and myHomecare Pty Ltd ACN 070 593 378, as identified in the Referred Person’s Support at Home Service Agreement;
- myHomecare Pty Ltd includes the following legal entities: Sarmace Pty Ltd, Oxley Home Care Pty Ltd, Sapphire Living, Enrich Living, Bromilow Community Care and Argent Nominees Pty Ltd, which operate under the Let’s Get Care, Happy Living, Better Living Homecare and Just Support At Home Packages brands and business names.
- Offer Period means the period commencing 1 February 2026 and ending 31 December 2026; and
- Support at Home Service Agreement means the agreement between Australian Unity and a customer for home care services.
This Referral Offer is issued by Australian Unity.
To be an Eligible Applicant, an individual must:
1. be a current care recipient of home care services from Australian Unity; and
2. make a Successful Support at Home Referral to Australian Unity.
A Successful Support at Home Referral is made when the following criteria has been met:
1. the Eligible Referred Person has applied to bring their Support at Home package to Australian Unity during the Offer Period via the website, email or by calling the Health Concierge Navigation Team from Australian Unity;
2. the Eligible Referred Person has included the Eligible Applicant’s name in the application (and gained their consent to do so);
3. Australian Unity has accepted the referral and agreed to provide home care services to the Eligible Referred Person; and
4. the Eligible Referred Person has signed a Support at Home Service Agreement and been onboarded by Australian Unity during the Offer Period, and remains for a minimum of 14 days, a customer of Australian Unity.
To be an Eligible Referred Person, an individual must:
1. be assigned a Support at Home package and provide their My Aged Care referral number to Australian Unity;
2. not be an existing recipient of Support at Home services from Australian Unity; and
3. currently live in a location where Australian Unity provides home health and care services.
Acceptance by Australian Unity is subject to availability and suitability at the entity’s sole discretion and some applications may not be accepted.
Any referrals of an Eligible Referred Person to Australian Unity as completed by the Eligible Applicant must be made based on an Eligible Referred Person’s needs and preferences.
Where the Eligible Referred Person seeks the Eligible Applicant’s consent to be named in accordance with clause 5(b) of these Terms and Conditions, the Eligible Applicant must disclose that they will receive the Referral Incentive outlined in clause 1 upon successful onboarding of the Eligible Referred Person.
Informal referrals, being those referrals that are not made in accordance with these terms, will not be eligible for this Referral Offer.
There is no limit on how many people an Eligible Applicant can refer during the Offer Period.
The validity of a Support at Home referral and proposed provision of the Referral Incentive will be confirmed within 21 days after a service agreement is signed and/or provision of services to the Eligible Referred Person by Australian Unity have commenced (Eligible Date). The Referral Incentive will be issued to the Eligible Applicant and the Eligible Referred Person in the month following the Eligible Date.
This Referral Offer is current as at 1 February 2026 and may be altered or withdrawn by Australian Unity at any time. Australian Unity reserves the right to change these Referral Offer Terms and Conditions at any time.
This Referral Offer is not available in conjunction with any other promotional offer. 
All gift cards will be electronic gift cards issued by Unified Incentives Pty Ltd ABN 53 157 818 427 which will be delivered by email and the recipient acknowledges that their use of an electronic gift card is subject to the terms and conditions published on the electronic gift card, which may include an expiry date and restrictions on usage.
Gift cards are valid for the time period as advised on the gift card. The gift cards are provided as part of a promotional offer and expired gift cards will not be replaced.
Australian Unity will not be held responsible for any deleted, misplaced or lost gift cards and no replacement will be provided.
By participating in the Referral Offer, the Eligible Applicant agrees to Australian Unity’s Privacy Policy available at www.australianunity.com.au/privacy-policy and consents to the use of their personal information for the purposes of administering the Referral Offer.
