1. 9% discount only applies to corporate products and is only available when paying by direct debit. The discount is not available through brokers or comparators and excludes Overseas Visitor Cover. This discount is not to be used in conjunction with any other offers or discounts except a valid weeks free promotional offer or the Refer a Friend promotional offer subject to relevant T&Cs.

1. Information on how to enter and prizes forms part of these terms and conditions of entry. By entering the "Get a Quote and win 25% off the Bomber Online Shop-available t0 first 500 quotes " competition (competition), you acknowledge that you have read these terms and conditions and that you agree to be bound by them.
2. The promoter is Australian Unity Health Limited ABN 13 078 722 568, 271 Spring Street, Melbourne, VIC, 3000 (Promoter)
3. The competition runs from 12.01am (AEDT) 12 August 2025 to 11:59pm (AEDT) 31 October2025. The Promoter reserves the right to extend the competition end date at any time. No late entries will be accepted. Incomplete or incoherent entries will be invalid.
4. The competition prize consists of 500 X 25% off Promotional Codes for Essendon FC Bomber Shop - https://shop.essendonfc.com.au/en/
5. To be eligible to enter the competition you must:
   1. be 18 years or older;
   2. reside in any Australian State or Territory,.
6. To be enter the quote competition the entrant must complete an Australian Unity health insurance corporate cover quote (for hospital cover, or extras cover, or a combination hospital and extras cover) via the Australian Unity call centre, or Australian Unity Partnerships (phone and online portals) including their email address and phone number.
7. A limit of one entry to the competition per person applies to those who obtain quote only. There is no fee to enter.
8. For the avoidance of doubt, this promotion is not available:
   1. through brokers, intermediaries or comparators;
   2. to employees, directors or officers of the Promoter, and any of its related bodies corporate, and any companies or agencies associated with this competition, or their immediate families;
   3. on OVC products; or
   4. to members who hold Australian Unity private health insurance with a policy commencement prior to (first date of the competition
9. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and proof of residency) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these terms and conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of these rights.
10. The winners will be chosen as the first 500 applicants who complete a quote. A limit of one prize per entrant applies. (The promotional code will be sent via email to all winners within 7 days of quote submission.
11. The promotional code
    1. is not transferable or refundable. No part of the promotional code is exchangeable or redeemable for cash or any other prize.
    2. Promotional codes are valid until 11:59pm 31/7/2026. Once the promotional window expires, all distributed and withheld promotional codes relating to this promotion will become void and unable to be redeemed
    3. Promotional codes are only valid instore at The Bomber Shop or online at https://shop.essendonfc.com.au/en/
    4. Promotional codes cannot be combined with any other offer, including other promotional discounts, member discounts, discount codes, already discounted items or any other excluded items
    5. Promotional code discount is not extended into shipping and postage costs
    6. Each promotional code can only be redeemed once, and will become void after redemption post transaction
12. Subject to regulatory approval, the Promoter reserves the right to amend the competition and its terms and conditions at any time and for any reason, and will notify entrants of any such amendments as soon as reasonably practicable on the competition page at australianunity.com.au/health-insurance/corporate-affiliate/essendonfc It is the entrant's responsibility to regularly check the competition page for any amendments.
13. Nothing in these terms and conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the Promoter's liability in relation to the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law (Non-Excludable Guarantees). Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence) for any personal injury, or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity) whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the competition including:
    1. any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control);
    2. any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference;
    3. any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter;
    4. any variation in prize value to that stated in these terms and conditions;
    5. any tax liability incurred by the winner or entrant; or
    6. use of the prize.
14. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) which is suffered or sustained by any entrant/winner as a result of participating in this promotion, or accepting any prize.
15. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from winning the promotional code. Independent financial advice should be sought.
16. All entries will be the property of the Promoter. The information entrants provide will be used by the Promoter for the purpose of conducting this competition. The Promoter may disclose entrants’ personal information to its contractors and agents to assist in conducting this Promotion or communicating with entrants. The Promoter is bound by the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988. The Promoter’s privacy policy is available on the Promoter’s website at australianunity.com.au/privacy-policy. Entrants can request access to the personal information the Promoter holds about them by contacting the Promoter at the address set out above.
17. The winners of the promotion consents to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media, marketing or advertising activities for an unlimited period without remuneration.
18. If for any reason whatsoever beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, this promotion is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, unless to do so would be prohibited by law, to
    1. disqualify any entrant; and/or
    2. subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to cancel, suspend, modify, terminate or cancel the promotion.
19. The laws of Victoria apply to this promotion. Entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
