The seven domains of Real Wellbeing
Health isn’t defined as merely the absence of illness, but how fully you are able to participate in your life- for example, someone living with a chronic condition that is well managed will be able to enjoy an active life. Improving your health means something different for everyone and isn’t limited to just improving diet and exercise. Reducing stress, preventative treatment and getting on top of existing conditions are other ways you might improve your health.
