The past 20 years have gone by in a heartbeat, and during that time we’ve been monitoring the wellbeing of Australian adults in one of the longest-running nationally representative surveys of wellbeing in the world, the Australian Unity Wellbeing Index. And what we’ve found? That, over 20 years, Australians have proven themselves to be a stable and resilient bunch.
