Tree and Vegetation Removal

A number of large trees and vegetation on Back Road and Research Road will be removed or trimmed as part of the works to divert services from the Herston Quarter

Most of the vegetation on the northern side of Back Road between Lady Ramsay Child Care and Hospital Alcohol and Drug Service (HADS) will be removed.

This work is to allow for the safe diversion of existing site services, and to accommodate future redevelopment on the site.

Tree removal works will be supervised by a professional arborist and a qualified wildlife expert will be in attendance to inspect trees for wildlife prior to and during removal.

All tree removal will be in accordance with relevant approvals and plans. These works will take several weeks to complete.
