Dairy-free Banana Choc tops

There is no need for an excuse for this awesome little number. When you have frozen bananas already in the fridge it is already a serious win.

Make the sauce in a batch and have it on pancakes… in shakes, on desserts, who knew making chocolate sauce could be so simple.

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup coconut oil
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 2 tbsp cacao powder
  • 1/3 cup coconut cream
  • 2 frozen bananas, halved

Method:

1. Whisk honey and coconut together in a small saucepan on low heat until honey combine.
2. Add Cacao and allow to bubble and sizzle for 1 minute, take off the heat and allow to cool for 5 minutes.
3. Stir in coconut cream, taste and add more honey or cacao if need be. Allow to cool and drizzle over frozen bananas. Devour on the spot or put them back in the fridge/freezer to set for an after dinner treat.
