Who could benefit from clinical support?

Clinical support services are for anyone who could use some support from qualified health professionals to stay living independently and comfortably at home. Clinical support could help you if:

you need some help managing complex or chronic health conditions
you’d like to optimise your nutrition to improve your health
you need some physiotherapy to manage an injury or to maintain mobility
you need some nursing help to assist with taking your medication

Who is eligible to receive services?

You could be eligible if:

you’re aged 65+ (or 50+ for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people)
you need help with daily tasks
you’ve been assessed through My Aged Care or are self-funded
