The Fund is an unlisted property fund investing in shopping centres and other retail-based investments with a tenant base that includes many of Australia’s most successful and best known retail brands.
The Fund aims to deliver a total return (income and capital growth) above the Property Council/IPD Australian Retail Property Index over a rolling three-year period, while providing a steady level of income to investors.*
The Fund invests in high quality, Australian direct retail property assets.
The investment strategy of the Fund is to acquire, manage and grow a diversified portfolio of quality retail-related assets. Many properties are anchored by supermarkets, as these have less reliance on discretionary consumer spending.
Unlisted and listed retail property trusts may also be used where appropriate to achieve the target level of exposure to suitable properties.
