The Trust is an unlisted property trust that primarily invests in a diversified portfolio of healthcare property and related assets, including direct property, unlisted managed funds, listed REITs, property syndicates or companies that mainly hold healthcare property. It has a primary focus on delivering regular income to its investors, but with a longer-term opportunity for capital growth. The Trust has a diversified tenant base, with a focus on investing in hospitals, medical centres and aged care facilities.
The operation and management of the Trust brings together the Australian Unity Group’s understanding of the healthcare sector as well as the investment management expertise and experience of our property team.
The Trust purchased its first hospital assets in 1999, and over the past 20 years has grown to become one of Australia’s most highly rated, unlisted property Trusts and specialist healthcare real-estate manager.
