Do you have a complaint?

We understand that although we do our best to provide a high level of service, you may at times feel that there are issues that have not been resolved to your satisfaction. We will address your concerns as quickly as possible and within our Complaints Handling Procedures.

You may contact Australian Unity via a number of methods to make a complaint, which is explained in our Complaints Handling and Dispute Resolution Guide.

If you are not satisfied with how Australian Unity responds to your complaint or dispute you may refer the matter to our External Dispute Resolution provider. Australian Unity is a member of the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS).
