You should allow up to seven working days from the date listed to receive your statements by post. If you have opted in to receive electronic statements you will receive an email when it is available for download via the Investor Portal.

Once you’ve logged into the Investor Portal you’ll be able to select your preference for electronic statements and communications.
Step three - Keep your details up to date
It's important to keep your email address up to date so we can notify you when your electronic statements are available to view in the Investor Portal. Simply update your contact details in the Investor Portal or by contacting our Investor Services team.
