*Terms and conditions

Australian Unity, Let’s Get Care or Happy Living (as applicable) will provide each Eligible Applicant who signs a Support at Home Service Agreement with Australian Unity, Let’s Get Care or Happy Living on or before 30 June 2026 with one of the following promotional incentives (the Offer):
1. Application of credits to the Eligible Applicant’s Participant Contributions, up to a maximum total value of $1,000; or
2. One $1,000 AUD Independent Living Specialists digital gift card.
For the purpose of these Terms and Conditions:
- Australian Unity means Australian Unity Home Care Service Pty Ltd ACN 609 694 475 or myHomecare Pty Ltd ACN 070 593 378, as identified in the Eligible Applicant’s Support at Home Service Agreement.
- Let’s Get Care and Happy Living are business names of Argent Nominees. 
- Argent Nominees means Argent Nominees Pty Ltd ACN 118 885 528, as identified in the Eligible Applicant’s Support at Home Service Agreement.
- Offer Period means the period commencing 5 February 2026 and ending 30 June 2026.
- Participant Contributions has the meaning given in the Support at Home Service Agreement and includes contributions applicable to Everyday Living and Independent Support Services.
- Services has the meaning given in the Support at Home Service Agreement.
To be an Eligible Applicant, an individual must: 
1. be assigned a Support at Home package and provide their My Aged Care referral number to Australian Unity or Argent Nominees;
2. not be an existing recipient of Support at Home services from Australian Unity or Argent Nominees;
3. reside in a location where Australian Unity or Argent Nominees provides home health and care services;
4. sign a Support at Home Service Agreement with Australian Unity or Argent Nominees during the Offer Period; and
5. not have entered into, or been referred to Australian Unity, Let’s Get Care or Happy Living through, a brokerage, aggregator, intermediary or third-party channel. Applicants referred through such channels are not eligible for the Offer.
Acceptance of any applicant is subject to availability and suitability as determined by Australian Unity or Argent Nominees in its sole discretion. Some applications may not be accepted. Australian Unity and Argent Nominees do not guarantee the availability of any particular Service, schedule, or personnel during the Offer period. Service delivery remains subject to workforce availability and operational capacity.
If an Eligible Applicant chooses to receive the Offer outlined in section 1a, the following conditions apply:
1. a credit will be applied to the Eligible Applicant’s Participant Contributions for Services delivered during the first six (6) months from the date they sign their Support at Home Service Agreement with Australian Unity or Argent Nominees, up to a total maximum credit of $1,000;
2. the credit will automatically expire six months after the date the Support at Home Service Agreement is signed;
3. any unused portion of the $1,000 credit will not roll over, be refunded, transferred, or otherwise paid out;
4. no credits will be applied after the six-month period, even if the full $1,000 credit has not been used;
5. once an Eligible Applicant has signed their Support at Home Service Agreement, the Offer will continue to apply to them for their applicable six-month credit period unless their Agreement is terminated;
6. the Offer does not provide eligibility for any additional Services, changes to the type or frequency of Services, or prioritisation of Services. All Services remain subject to assessment, availability, and the Eligible Applicant’s approved care plan; and
7. the Offer applies only to Participant Contributions and cannot be applied to any other fees, charges, third‑party costs, cancellations, or amounts payable under the Support at Home Service Agreement.
If an Eligible Applicant chooses to receive the Offer outlined in section 1b, the following conditions apply:
1. the Eligible Applicant will receive a digital gift card issued by Independent Living Specialists Pty Limited ABN 78 106 336 958;
2. the gift card will be delivered by email and is redeemable online only through the Independent Living Specialist website;
3. the recipient acknowledges that their use of the gift card is subject to the terms of sale and terms of service published at https://ilsau.com.au/terms-and-conditions/ which may include an expiry date and restrictions on usage;
4. gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of issue;
5. gift cards are provided as part of a promotional offer and expired gift cards will not be replaced;
6. Australian Unity or Argent Nominees will not be held responsible for any damaged or lost gift cards and no replacement will be provided; and
7. the gift card will only be issued after (i) the Eligible Applicant’s initial care plan has been completed and put in place, and (ii) the cooling‑off period under the Support at Home Service Agreement has expired.
If an Eligible Applicant’s Support at Home Agreement with Australian Unity or Argent Nominees is terminated for any reason, the Offer will immediately cease. No additional credits will be applied, and no cash payment or alternative benefit will be provided for any expired or unused credit.
This offer is current as at 27 February 2026 and may be altered or withdrawn by Australian Unity or Argent Nominees at any time prior to an individual becoming an Eligible Applicant.
This Offer is not available in conjunction with any other promotional offer.  
By participating in the Offer, the Eligible Applicant agrees to Australian Unity’s Privacy Policy available at https://www.australianunity.com.au/privacy-policy  and consents to the use of their personal information for the purposes of administering the Offer. 
Capitalised terms used in these Terms and Conditions have the same meaning as set out in the Eligible Applicant’s Support at Home Service Agreement unless otherwise stated.
