Australian Unity was an early adopter of the Owl Ratings – an award system operated by the National Roads and Motorists' Association (NRMA) in partnership with the Council on the Ageing Australia (COTA) and global research company, Gallup. Owl Ratings enable the retirement community residents to rate their community on a number of aspects, ranging from the quality of living space to the friendliness and efficiency of staff. Retirement communities achieving an official Owl Rating are more likely to be industry leaders.View our retirement communities
