The Australian Unity Community Wellbeing Tool offers communities the opportunity to measure their collective wellbeing. Using markers including satisfaction with health, personal relationships, standard of living and sense of community, the tool computes an average wellbeing score for a community, and compares it to the normal range for Australians.

The Community Group Tool provides information about wellbeing by age group and gender, so a community can better understand which of its members may be having an issue with wellbeing. And it can advise how each measure of wellbeing compares against the national average. The Community Group Tool, if taken at set intervals, provides data about how a community’s wellbeing may be rising or falling.
