Claiming benefits for Overseas Visitors Cover

For hospital, medical and extras claims you can fill in a claim form and return it to Australian Unity with all relevant information.

If using the claim form, please make sure that:

  • A doctor has completed the medical report on the back of the claim form
  • You date and sign the claim form
  • Original copies of accounts or receipts are attached to the claim form
  • You keep copies for your records

Claims for hospital, medical and extras health services with receipts should be forwarded to:
