Calculate your BMI

Body Mass Index (BMI) is a very useful way of describing the appearance of a person, whether they are underweight, normal-weight, overweight, or obese. It is an expression of weight relative to height, so those with a low BMI are likely to be thin people, while those with a high BMI are likely to be overweight.
The BMI does not account for muscle weight, so a very muscular athlete, who is clearly not overweight, could have a high BMI. Otherwise, it is a fairly accurate reflection of a person's weight.
