Our team encompasses varying occupational areas including nursing, catering, grounds keeping and administration as well as finance, sales, marketing and management roles.
Our team are known for their experience, qualifications and their many awards including NSW RVA Village Manager of The Year 2006 and 2007, National Aged Care Association of Australia (ACAA) Volunteer of The Year 2007 and a special commendation from the ACAA for managerial and leadership expertise (2007).

While our team is committed to the provision of a holistic culture of care, volunteers play an important role in the lives of our residents by providing extra companionship and social interaction – sometimes an ear to listen or someone to reminisce with is the best medicine of all. As a volunteer you will come into contact with aged residents of various backgrounds, cultures, hobbies and interests with whom you can share your time. This companionship is integral to the emotional and social wellbeing of the residents – and volunteering can be an equally rewarding experience for those willing to make a regular commitment to it.
