Australian Unity has recently purchased a 17 hectare retirement village site on the corner of Bungower Road & Racecourse Road in Mornington. Approximately 280 premium quality village living units will be constructed on the site.

Mornington is renowned for its spectacular coastline, lavish cliff top mansions, beautiful gardens and unspoiled beaches. There are also a number of art galleries and antique stores in the area. The Mornington village will be just a five minute drive to the main street of Mornington, where residents will be able to enjoy fine dining at a variety of waterfront restaurants.
